Flat-fee, predictable pricing. Tier 1 Payroll starts at $250/month plus $12 per employee. Tier 2 Core HR starts at $600/month plus $24 per employee. Tier 3 Full Partner starts at $1,500/month plus $36 per employee. A $300 minimum monthly billing threshold applies. Implementation fees can be paid upfront or spread over 12 months.
No. We are strictly an administrative services firm. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, compliance guarantees, or regulatory interpretation of any kind. When a situation requires legal judgment, we clearly redirect clients to qualified legal counsel and document that redirect. This boundary is a deliberate structural feature.

All agreements carry a 12-month initial term with automatic renewal. No month-to-month option. The 12-month term gives us the runway to properly build out your administrative infrastructure: payroll, documentation, compliance, without rushing. Early termination results in a fee equal to three months base plus any remaining unpaid implementation balance.
Yes. We offer a custom employee handbook as an à la carte service for $3,500. This is an administrative document, not an attorney-reviewed legal instrument. We strongly encourage clients to have the handbook reviewed by qualified legal counsel before implementation.
